VF Elettrica was founded in 2008 as the electrical division of VF Group, with an operational base in San Vendemiano (Treviso) and a dedicated production hub in Romans d'Isonzo (Gorizia). Over more than fifteen years of activity, we've built deep expertise in manufacturing electrical switchboards for the manufacturing industry of northern Italy, with clients active across Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy.
Our production is entirely in-house: every electrical switchboard is designed, assembled, wired and tested under one roof, with a traceable quality control chain from order to delivery. This vertical integration allows us to guarantee reliable lead times, competitive pricing and single-point accountability for the entire process — without depending on third-party suppliers for critical stages.
We operate across three main areas: automation and distribution switchboards, machine-side wiring and electrical design with EPLAN and SPAC. CE certification is standard on every switchboard; on request, we carry out UL and CSA certification for clients whose products are destined for the North American market.

Machine-side wiring: from production to on-site installation
VF Elettrica's machine-side wiring service covers the entire cycle: from reading electrical schematics in EPLAN or AutoCAD, to preparing wiring at our Treviso or Gorizia facility, through to installation and testing at the client's site anywhere in Italy. We have technicians specialised in industrial wiring and testing with calibrated instrumentation, with electrical design handled in-house using EPLAN and SPAC.
For projects that require a stable operational base, our San Vendemiano and Romans d'Isonzo facilities offer covered production space for pre-wiring, storage and preparation activities — a flexible solution for OEMs producing large series or large-scale machinery.
For mechanical assembly, industrial maintenance or technical outsourcing needs, our sister division VF Montaggi offers complementary services, with the same organisational structure and reference facilities.

Frequently asked questions about electrical switchboards and industrial wiring
We manufacture automation switchboards (PLC, inverters, motion control), low-voltage distribution boards, and control and supervision panels with SCADA/HMI. We work with certified components according to client specifications.
Our main production hub is in San Vendemiano (Treviso, Veneto), with an operational site in Romans d'Isonzo (Gorizia, Friuli). We carry out on-site installation and wiring throughout Italy, with active projects in Emilia-Romagna, Lombardy and Piedmont.
Lead times depend on the complexity of the switchboard. A standard panel takes 2-4 weeks from order confirmation; complex panels requiring dedicated design take 4-8 weeks. We provide a binding schedule at the time of order.
We offer both. Our in-house technical office develops complete designs using EPLAN Electric P8 and SPAC: single-line diagrams, power and control schematics, bills of materials, and as-built documentation. We can start from the client's functional specifications or from an existing design to be executed.
Yes, CE certification (Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU and EMC Directive 2014/30/EU) is standard on every switchboard. It includes the technical file, declaration of conformity, verification according to CEI EN 61439, and documented functional testing. UL certification (for the North American market) is available on request.
Both. For switchboards and pre-wiring, we prefer in-house production at our Treviso and Gorizia facilities, where we have dedicated equipment and quality control. For machine-side wiring and installation, we work directly at your production site, anywhere in Italy.
