Working inside your process

We work on the customer's EPLAN or SPAC projects, with their libraries, their parts and their macros, so the files remain fully usable by their own engineering office. The service can cover a single order, a workload peak or an ongoing collaboration: in every case the customer remains the owner of the projects and the standards.

Design and build under one roof

The same engineering office that draws the schematic follows the panel build and the machine-side wiring. Changes arising during the build or in the field go back into the schematic without passing through third parties, and the as-built reflects the machine as delivered.

How it works

  1. 01 Assessment — functional specification of the machine, customer standards, regulatory and market constraints.
  2. 02 Design — development of schematics, layouts and bills of materials, with shared revisions.
  3. 03 Release — documentation for the build and, if requested, the start of the build at VF.
  4. 04 As-built — final update after testing and commissioning.

Engineering office in San Vendemiano (TV) and Romans d'Isonzo (GO). We work with machine builders across northern Italy; design work does not require a presence on site.

Frequently asked questions about electrical design

Which software do you work with?

EPLAN Electric P8 and SPAC. We can work directly on the customer's projects and libraries, or develop from scratch.

Can we commission only the schematic, without having you build the panel?

Yes. Design is a standalone service; panel building and wiring are options, not a condition.

Do you update existing schematics drawn by others?

Yes. Updates for revamping, replacement of obsolete components, conversion between software packages and alignment with the customer's current standards.

Who owns the project files?

The customer. Projects are developed on their libraries and delivered in native format, ready for use by their own engineering office.

Do you also design for the US and Canadian market?

Yes, with listed components and the schematic conventions required by UL 508A and CSA C22.2. The full service is described on its own page.

How do you handle changes during the build?

Every change arising during the build or in the field goes back into the schematic as a tracked revision, through to the final as-built delivered after testing.
