VF Montaggi is the group's founding division, active since 1993 in industrial mechanical assembly and assembly teams at the customer's site for the manufacturing industry of northern Italy. Over more than thirty years of activity, we've built specialised teams operating across four sites: San Vendemiano (Treviso), Fossalta di Piave (Venice), San Felice sul Panaro (Modena) and Romans d'Isonzo (Gorizia).

VF Montaggi's operating model stands out for one structural feature: every team we deploy at a client site is coordinated by an on-site VF team leader, with direct responsibility for safety, quality and progress. We don't simply supply resources — we manage a production process with our own method and accountability.

This structure allows us to scale quickly, ensure continuity even in the event of staff rotation, and meet the KPIs agreed with the client without creating management overhead for the client.

For electrical switchboard manufacturing, machine-side wiring or electrical design, our sister division VF Elettrica offers complementary services, often required in parallel on the same installation sites.
